Being in real estate for 23 years I have had the privilege of helping many families find their dream home here in Wilmington. I moved to the area from Pittsburgh PA. In 1978. I have been a Broker Realtor since 1991 I graduated from Cape Fear Community College Realtor program.

I have raised a daughter here through the local school system she also is a graduate of East Carolina University with a nursing degree.  She is now married to my son-in-law who is serving in the U.S. Air Force.  Also I have my first Grandson who of course is the apple of Grandma’s eyes.

I have just completed the Military Relocation Professional certification program with a son-in-law who has spent the last 18 years of his life serving his country.  My brothers served in the Army and Marines and my husband who was a Marine, and spent 43 years of his life serving his country as a Merchant Marine.  I would love to be your go to person here in the Wilmington or surrounding areas.

Through the years I have been a New Homes Sales Professional I have sold many neighborhoods developed close relationships with area Realtors and promoted builders to boost referral networks, educated clients on current real estate markets and answered any question they had. Wrote contracts documents purchase agreements and closing statements. And by the way I am never too busy for your referrals. I look forward to meeting you and your families and helping to make the Wilmington area your new home.

Mrs Konetes was amazing and we couldn’t ask for more in a real estate agent! She made our move to Wilmington smooth and easy. She helped us find our dream home then advocated on our behalf to get a great house for a great price. We are now living in our dream house and we owe it all to her! Highly recommend if you are moving to the Wilmington area she’s a rare find

My mother passed away in January, and I was her only child who also lived in New York. My fiance, and step mother drove to North Carolina and spent three days there as per my job only gives us three bereavement days. In those three days I had to cremate my mother, hire an attorney and find a real estate agent to sell my mothers home. I contacted Coldwell Banker Seacoast Advantage, and sure enough Ann was at my mothers house within a half hour. My mothers house was not the nicest house on the street lets just say, and with my emotions out of control with my mother passing, inheriting an estate and getting married in two months Ann really was sympathetic towards my situation. Not only was Ann full of knowledge, and her negotiation skills are on point she is a go getter and really fights for her clients and honestly cares. She has excellent communication skills and responds immediately. I could not have went through this process or sold this house without her. I truly believe she went above and beyond for me, especially because I lived out of state. She assisted me with EVERYTHING even things she did not have to. I was very impressed with Ann and will refer her to all my friends and family who will be moving to Wilmington, and the friends I still have in Wilmington. Ann you are a blessing, and I am so thankful for you. You will forever be in my heart,,
Thank you!!!!!
